專利技術摘要 一種生物檢測多晶片堆疊構造,其包含一上蓋層、一檢測層、數個導電材及一電性連接單元。該上蓋層形成數個通孔;該檢測層係由數個基板堆疊而成,其形成數個導通孔、數個微通道及數個檢測電極,該導通孔係對應該通孔之位置;該導電材係設置於該檢測層之導通孔內,該導電材係裸露於該檢測層之底面;該電性連接單元係電性連接該導電材。藉此,該電性連接單元可將一預定電壓差經由該導通材分層導入該通孔內,以便數個檢測樣本流通於該微通道,並由該檢測電極進行其生物分子之電性檢測。 A biosensing multi-layer microchip comprises a top layer, a testing layer, a plurality of conducting members, and an electrical connecting unit. The top layer provides a plurality of holes. The testing layer is fabricated by stacking a plurality of substrates. The testing layer forms a plurality of openings, microfluid channels, and testing electrodes. The openings of the testing layer correspond to the holes of the top layer. The conducting members are provided in the openings of the testing layer. One end of each of the conducting members is exposed on the bottom of the testing layer. The electrical connecting unit is electrically connected to the conducting members. Accordingly, the electrical connecting unit can feed the holes of the top layer with a predetermined voltage source via the conducting members such that a plurality of tested specimens flow in the microfluid channels so as to detect electric properties of experimental biomolecules.
