The two supporting modules rotatablely bear a motor armature; the vibration sensors detect the vibration of the motor armature; the driving module mounts on one of the supporting modules and connects with the motor armature for dominating the rotation thereof; the position sensor detects a symbol marked on the outer circumference of the motor armature; the fixing module is used to firm the motor armature; and the milling module mills the surface of the motor armature with a cutter. Consequently, after rotating and inspecting the motor armature, an operation unit figures out the unbalanced mass and the corresponding position of the motor armature, and corrects the balance of the motor armature by a milling process.
